Sent documents with Speed Services Door to Door from Mowbray Post office on the 28 Nov 12 at 15:10. The documents never reached destination and this is not for the first time speed services lost my company documents. At this stage, as always, they can't tell me what happened to my files and to make it worse their consultants are so incompetent and rude. I am moving my business to Postnet and RAM completely, I have not encountered any delays or problems with them and always feels like my business matters as much as theirs does to me. Warning: do not use Speed Services if your parcels matter to you! If not lost they will open them!!! You might as well send your parcels with ordinary post office mail or go to Postnet or RAM. Lost faith in them and I wish they get out of business so they can learn the art of business!!!
