On Saturday my brother and i went into the store looking for a plasma unit that i liked very much and we approached one of the consultants because i wanted to take it.
The consultant came back to tell us they do not have it and they CANNOT get it, i questioned that and asked if they can find out from another branch and the consultant stated he cannot.
I just got off the phone with the Mr. Price Home call center and i was told that a number of stores have the unit and the store could have ordered it from their warehouse.
I want that stand please make a plan to get it to me because i am a customer.
