product, again I had to ask which branch had stock not offered again. The Samsung Tumble Dryer model SDC3K801 was priced at R5689 and advertised this way as well. Off to Westgate we went got there at least we got helped but the same item was marked at R5989 I told the lady and she insisted that the price is correct and even checked it on the system. I showed her the price on your website as well and it was marked as R5689, one of the staff said that this was the online price and not the store price in a very rude manner as if I had no clue what I was talking about. Anycase after fighting and having to battle for them to fix the pricing we bought the item, but be assured this will be the last time. Can I suggest you either train sales people to actually sell or you might as well close shop now and teach your staff about customer service and general manners to potential and existing customers.
