Last week I enquired about stock of a Defy Tumble Dryer on special and was told that there was no stock by the salesperson.
I called today and confirmed with Revelation that there is stock but that her manager Collin cant let me have it at the Special price which ended yesterday as my request wasnt captured on the system when I was there
So my understanding of this is that since they did not capture it on the system, this is now my problem and I simplye cannot have it at the discounted price
Hence my complaint and the fact that due to their attitude I simply will not shop here again
