I ordered an Elizabeth Arden product pack online, paid for & received confirmation on the 4th of October. Delivery was supposed to be 10 working days thereafter. To date I have STILL NOT received my goods. I've phoned their call center twice, the second time on hold for 20 minutes while they experienced technical difficulties with their systems. Before the consultant could take down my contact details the call was cut. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE FROM GROUPON TO CALL ME WITH AN EXACT DATE WHEN I'LL BE RECEIVING THE GOODS!!!
