No communication from the staff member

On the 20th of June I made any error in my payment.instead of paying R400.00 I paid R4000.00.so for the pass week of the 24th june I"ve called the American Swiss group to try and get a refund.cause that my livelihood money. they transfered me to Johnathan of I left massage for him to call me back up till to day they have not made any contact with me. I than ask for assist at the Eastagte branch were Lindi tried to get hold of this Johnathan.he told Lindi that he was on training and will attained to my request as soon as possible. that was on Thursday.he than told Lindi that I will have my money on Monday that today.but till today I have not received any feedback from this Johnathan. I can not pay my other bills as I have no money.this is people life that he is messing with. I have faxed all the requested document. He does not pick his phone.and they website is useless I've log a complian it did give me even a ref no: when u call the head office they do not pick the phone.
