Before I bought a gift at American Swiss Hartebeespoort Dam on the 24th December 2013, Marika said I could exchange the products if my child does not want the products, I went back to the Hartebeespoort Branch on the 27th December 2013. Unfortunately the branch did not have enough money to pay me back. Marika said I could go back to a branch close to my house - after my holiday. My husband went to Greenstone now and they refuse to refund our money. Marika is now on leave and nobody could assist - IS THAT NOW OUR PROBLEM???
