EDGARS - GOODBYE AFTER 30 YEARS AS A GOOD CLIENT

I was advised that I needed to go into Edgars to have my account FICA'd which I duly did at Bedfordview. I took my ID, Proof of Residence and handed it in there. A few weeks later when I received my account they had changed my surname from Radford to Badafora. I went back to Edgars Bedfordview and saw the same person who was totally disinterested in my problem, after much ado I was put through to a disinterested person at "Head Office" who duly started asking me all the same questions, then to add insult to injury he asked if he could have me checked with ITC, well after being a client for over 30 years and never missing a payment and being inconvenienced by their inefficiency and lack of interest, I put the phone down and will be closing my account. Edgars have made it perfectly clear to me that they dont need me as a client so they can keep my records as Badafora because in reality I am no longer a client so it doesnt matter what they call me anyway. I did send a complaint on 10th June but of course why would I have thought I would get a response. I will keep searching for Retail Stores that need my business.
