Good day, I have been a customer of Edcon now for many years but never had an account. Opened my first account on the 13th of June and already promises were made but not kept. I opened an account and bought myself the tablet for R3000 that goes along with the opening of a new account. Delivery within 2-3 working days have been promised. Guess what today is the 19th and still no tablet. Furthermore your call centre is unreachable!!! Phoned about 8 times waited hours and then someone drops the line. Or I get transferred to the tablets department to get a dropped line. This whole experience have left me sour with the edcon group to such an extend that I do not feel like keeping an account with the group, or even support the group as a whole. Service is not up to standard guys. Not meeting Service level agreements.
