House and Home customer care line (Merinda) and Florentine Furniture manufactures (Jenny).
I contacted the customer care services today to find out if I could get from the Baltimore dining room set (only the stand and mirror). I was told that they do not sell the stand and mirror separately and I need to look in the yellow pages for the supplier and contact them, I find it unacceptable that chairs are sold separately but the stand and mirror are not, and to add to it when I did phone the supplier (Florentine furniture manufacturers) they cannot sell it separately as it is not feasible. It is pathetic service altogether. Do we not try to satisfy the customers anymore? I'm being told its a "set". So if 6 chairs make a set how come you are able to make more and sell it separately, is that not "feasible? ". Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and pathetic service.
