I bought a dvd home theatre system last year on 23rd november 2012.on the 19th january 2013 i reported the matter that i'm expierence proplems with component system ect.
* front (right / left) speakers went off and on while listening to music or watching dvd.
* front (right) speaker output jack are burned.
they suggested to bring the component to the store so, i did.they didn't even offer to collect the system, the service from this company is really disgusting.
if this is how a (cash) customer gets treated, i don't know what happens if you buy on credit?
this is a (new) system and it should be replaced!
n.b. it's been almost 3 months and i'm still without my system.
