I purchased a Sony home theater system on 29/12/2013. I'm really not happy in how this purchase has been handled, delivery guy (only known as Jones) delivered the items, there was no packaging, no manuals. he did the connection of the system upon delivery, connected everything except for the Amp and 1 set of speakers, he claimed he didn't have the cable connecting the system to the Amp he promised to come the following day to finish up and this did not happen. I only got the manuals, Cables at your shop 27/4/2013. On Monday 29/04/2013 I went back to the shop and informed them that the Amp is not working and they said I should bring it and they will swap it, I had to take a flight out of town that day, so that could not be done that day. They said anyone from home can bring it and say the address where they are coming from and that this amp will be swapped. No one had time on their hand that's why I flew up on 5/9/2013 to try and sort it out myself, now they are saying they will take it in for repairs. As a customer I'm deeply disappointed in the manor everything was done, and I suspect the system that was delivered to me was the same one they were using in the shop.
