We bought a tv on 30 November 2012. It started to distort sound. Now every 2 minutes you have to switch the tv off and then o again just to have sound for a few minutes. We took it back to game today and was told we have too wait a maximum of 21 days before we might get a new tv. When asked can we have another tv in the mean time we were told no. We only have one tv and now because of a television that your store is distributing that is faulty we have to sit home and twiddle our fingers for entertainment. If I wanted to this for entertainment I would never have bought a tv from you in the first place. I have been a loyal client of game but clearly you don't care about your customers enough. I will in future make sure that me my family and co-workers do not put a single foot in your store. We are only money cows in your eyes and not real people!!! Thank you for opening my eyes to your true colours and how to assist a client is your "first" priority. WELL DONE GAME
