Sleep world has arrived at my house yesterday to look at the matress. Claiming that they can not take matress back due to stains on bed (coffie). I bought a faulty matress from you in November 2011. I reported this fault over a year ago and only now do u sent some one to look at mattress. Sleep world claims that I must take this matter up with you as per them I should have recieved a warrenty card??? Were is this card???
Its almost like me byuing underwear from Edgars and after 3 months i return it to them, but they will only take it back if it does not have stains on it. Logic. This was jsut a sale that I should have never have done from Dial A bed. You have sold me a faultu product and it has taken you over 15 months to tell me that u can not repair this due to a coffie stain... Horsebull!!! I will tell every one about my poor servise from dial a bed and the poor quality from sleep world. From all the reports that i have seen on hello peter i am not the only one.
