Sealy Posturepedic Poor Quality and Service

Last year in May i shopped at Dial a Bed Centurion. I asked the manager for the best Sealy Bed in the market and he showed me. I was very impressed with the bed i.e. Memory Foam with Latex, Individually pocketed spring coils so i purchased the King Size Edition of this bed and spent a total of R17500 cash. After 7 months i used to get up with lower back pains and neck pains. I ignored this at first then my wife complained about the exact. I contacted dial a bed and it was found out that the bases were damaged. The bases were exchanged and now once makes a funny noise. The matress however is hollowed and we do not get the support from it that we are supposed to. Sealy says its 2.5cm which is fine for your body weight but remember, 2.5cm is when nobody is sleepin on the bed, isnt this memory foam? Furthermore, i am 80 kilos and when i on the bed surely 2.5cm becomes about 4-6 cm. I am disgusted with Sealys after market customer experience. This complaint has been going on since March this year. Now it seems I am stuck with a matress that is damaged, what do i do? I have already lost R17 500 in cash! This bed is still new and damaged! Please Help me.
