Bought a corner unit from coricraft on the 6th of May 2013 and included the scotch gard option. Received my couch on 4 June. I poured some water on the couch to check if it was scotchgarded. The couch slowly absorbed the water. Went to coricraft parkview and opened a case. Received a call 2 weeks later from Bianca Britz. She told me her manager told her to tell me to phone the scotchgarding company (cabana) directly to solve the problem. From when is it the customer's responsibility to resolve issues with the company coricraft contracted out to do the scotchgarding? That sounds like pathetic management to me.
