We ordered a corner unit from the store. The first one was delivered in November 2012. The quality was up to scratch. The pillows where to small and it was wobbly in the corner. We contacted Coricraft who sent out a quality control rep. They agreed that the quality was bad and said they would send a new unit. The new unit came, better but this time it was not scotch guarded (Something we paid extra for and specifically wanted.) They then promised to come scotch guard the new unit but then pitched up with a new unit that was in worse shape than the first one. Even the delivery guys agreed. This whole process repeated two more times. They would promise to come scotch guard and then pitch up with a new unit that was worse than the one that is not scotch guarded. They also contacted us to cancel one delivery saying the unit that they where going to deliver did not pass quality control. At some stage we even said we would go out to site to do inspection before they deliver. They said that this is fine but still just pitched up with a new unit that was wobbly and not upholstered correctly. 6 Months and 4 units later we still haven't got what we paid for. Waste of time and money!
