I purchased two Natural Instincts Moon Chairs at R800 each and both chairs now have broken/cracked plastic leg supports. We only use these chairs when we caravan, so they have probably only been used 12-15 times at most. I have been back to the store and was told "sorry, no spares available". I am furious that I have to throw away R1600 worth of chairs because I can't purchase a R10 spare part. Surely the manufacturer can provide me with some spares which I am more thank willing to pay for. They do after all still make these chairs, so the parts have to be available?
