No paid up letter after 48 hours

I paid up an account that was handed over by Vodacom to MBD on the 13th August 2013 and I still have not received a paid up letter 48 hours later. I do not know how long it takes to draft a letter from MBD, but I do know that a turn around time of 48 hours is more than sufficient, especially when I had made clear the urgency of this letter. Each time I call, I speak to a different person and they all seem to have conflicting views on when I can get this later, almost like they do not have a standard turn around time, which is a bit shocking in terms of a Standard Operating Procedure perspective. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Douglas Makganya who had assured me that it would take 24 hours to receive. Letter has not been receieved and from a feedback point of view, I have not been told anything by him. I spoke to a lady by the name of Kelebogile Koji and her tone was rather hostile and unproffesional. I even mentioned it to her in the call. She also could not tell me when I can receive this letter, but suggested today. The ref number of the call is 9i2381323.

In conclusion, I need a paid up letter from MBD for my account. Reference number is 0278000410706431
