They advertise specials for January on laminated flooring only to tell you that they never had it in stock.

9 shops all over gauteng advertising something they never had in stock?? how is this possible, you are waisting everybody's time and money by phoning in or visiting your stores expecting the stock you advertise??

This is unacceptable!
