My mother a pensioner 76 years of age slipped on oil that was just left on the floor at picknpay songloed . falling onto her back and banging the back of her head on the floor has left her in extreme pain and discomfort due to the managements negligence . we are very upset with regards to the way the management of picknpay songloed have handled this whole problem all they have done is to tell us that they have put in a report to their insurance department and there is nothing else that they can do.
