On Saturday we had gone to Pick n Pay for a Few items. The pnp bacon was on special for R35.00 for Shoulder and dices bacon. After looking in the fridge and not finding any, I had stopped 6 pnp staff to ask for assistance. And it was 6 staff because I had counted, the first 3 just walked right pass me and ignored me, the other 2 looked at me and said they don't work in that section and the last 1 said, the people that work in that section are on lunch. I had then gone to the Supervisor to ask her to get someone to assist me. None the less after 20min i was assisted. Then when i got to the till, someone had messed something on the floor. As I did not notice this, i nearly slipped and fell on my face. I had gone to collect cigarettes and came back. After paying i made sure i stepped over the mess on the floor, just to slip on a different spill and also nearly fell. The Supervisor and staff member was standing in front of me and witnessed me nearly slipping both times. NOT one of them asked am I okay or apologized. I said to them, PLEASE can they get someone to clean! Just to get looked at and they walked away! WHAT A DISGRACE! What if i Had fallen! The staff are so UNFRIENDLY!
