Pick 'n Pay
Now passing the buck to the merchandise

I have sent you a report stating what has happened to me at Pick n Pay, I am suffering endlessly with pains in my back and legs.
I am extremely unhappy with not getting any feedback except that their office in Cape Town once agian said Mutual and Fed is investigating.
MY major problem is, I did not got to the merchandiser to shop. But went to the Norwood PICK n Pay to get my consumables, Now they are blaming the merchandiser, that has nothing to do with me, This is between Pick n Pay and the merchandiser, Why must I be the one suffering with trauma as well, I need medication, I exceeded my medical aid bills.
I asked them the other day what is happening, they said they are still investingating, what are they investigating, when the Pick n Pay staff even took me to the clininc and was admitted. was this to them a joke,

I am extremely upset with Pick n Pay, when I fell in there shop not in the merchandiser shop. Please assist me as I have to pay peiple that helped me, I am unemployed and frantic now.
