I went earlier to Pick n Pay and walked towards the Deli passing the Fruit section. I then slipped and fell and bruised my ankle. There were loose grapes on the floor and the it was also wet, it didn't have a sign to show the floor was wet. I'm now in pain and not interested in going to the shop again...
The Supervisor Melony was rather helpful but I am not satisfied with what has happened in the store because it could happen to anyone...
Question: What will Pick n Pay do about this?
