I took my phone to Markham's be repaired or replace on the 4th January 2014. The guy that assisted me (don't remember his name) said that it will take 2 weeks and he will get back to me within 2weeks which he didn't even bother calling me and he said if MTN cant fix my phone i could then claim from my insurance. I went yesterday back to Markham's drove all the way from Grassy Park to Century City I spoke to Charles he said he will call me back today, but guess what? CHARLES NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME!!! do you seriously call that customer service? You guys are a bunch of jokes. At least just some feed back which is very important when your in the customer service industry, I work for Comair LTD with over 1000 customers a day providing feed back is vital!!! I demand my phone my phone back or a new one to the same value which i fully paid for ASAP I'm not waiting another 3 weeks because I know you guys will not get back to me which is so frustrating and disappointing. I need my phone back ASAP!
