Poor perfomance

This is the favourite supermarket in the area and yet the staff members and management display no care when it comes to serving their customers. A small store like this tends to get really busy, so you would expect the staff to be on their feet trying to make shopping as convenient as possible for the customers- instead, with 4 till points in the store only 1 of them is on service and this happens on weekends as well. People complain everyday and the manager is aware of this and yet, she doesn't act on it. The same applies for the "Money transfer" side, a queue would stretch for 10s of metres whilst there's 3 more available POS. Somebody needs to come up with an action plan for this because it's putting a negative impact on the brand.
