My son bought a cellphone and 3piece bedroom suite in November and it was delivered immediately, only to find that the b/suite was used and damaged, i called and spoke to the salesday called Nthabeleng who said that was the last one they had my son can come and cancel the deal and sign a new one for the cell. my son went and he told me Nthabeleng gave him an attittude saying he wants to keep the cell but the does not want the b/suite. she tried to convince him to take something and he told her he does not want anything, he ended up not cancelling the deal as she and someone else in the shop wanted him to buy. i then called the shop ans spoke to Sizwe in December who promised me that they will go fetch it but they never did, i kept calling and spoke to Goodman who also promised me the same but to no avail. one of them told me they managed to get him a new suite i dont remmber who it was between them and i told them my son does not want it anymore, they must come get the one at home but they never did. End of Decmeber his account was debited. i called them again and everytime they keep promising to come but dont... my son is now worried that the money will come off his account again
