This is a complaint to complain about the way my complaint has been handled so far.

After calling your call centre 3 days in succession, I finally get a call from a lady to tell me that she has spoken to the store and the manager says mny phone is ready for collection.
She clearly had not even read my complaint.
Im speechless, I have no idea what to saY.
A full week later and I still have no answers.
