After my initial complaint, now outstanding for more than a month, a lady claimed to be fairly senior in the organisation phoned me to tell me that my complained are handled at the highest level and even send to Barcleys for review and I will be contacted on Monday cause it was Friday afternoon late.
I actually felt important as my complaint was handled at that level.
Then I got the phone call and this guy who have obviously no idea why he was calling me, said that they are working on the problem but have no idea what or when or how it will be resolved.
I received an email claiming it is still being resolved.
And thats it! ABSA made contact and everybody is supposed to be happy!
Guess I will be closing the remainder of my accounts and move on... Forcefully!
