Please tell me what is the point of logging a call to complain? Of not receiving joy and emailing your complaint to the Complaint Resolution Centre, of calling back 4 days later only to be told that the TAT is 5-8 business days (absolute rubbish! That's not your policy) and finally to receive an email saying my complaint has been resolved when no one has even contacted me in this regard?!
This is putrid! Complete nonsense. Refer to my email and sort out yourselves dear Standard Bank. So motivated to move my account!!!
