I installed a Comax Video Touch system in my clients home last year June. It seems to be faulty. I purchased the system at Plumstead Electrical, now there seems to be an issue with getting someone out to look at the Comax system. I feel that there should be a REP or something that can come out and have a look. The system is not even a year old. Surely there is some after service from a company once they have sold their product to you.
