Florad installed an underfloor heating system in our home last year September. The system has been faulty for a month after that, but has been fixed, only to find out during this winter that it is faulty still/again. Now, during winter, support is of utmost importance to ensure that the underfloor heating system is working. Last week Wednesday the faulty system has been reported, but no proper support has since been provided to us. Upon inquiry Florad informed us that CIAT (who provided a heat pump) is the reason for the delay.
Regardless of whether the problem with Florad or with CIAT, the service and support has been unacceptable. The public should take note of this unacceptable service.
