Ever since I have purchased a 400 L solar gyser from Suntank I have had endless problems. First the water kept pouring out from the valves. Then the thermostat and element of the back-up electrical system keeps on fusing and not working. This they cannot solve and even their own staff admit that this is a faulty system. They refuse to change the product for a new one. Now I realized that even the solar system does not work (if the electricity is off, even on a sunny day I have no Hot water). Their owner and sales person Neriel refuses to even take my [URL Removed] on don't treat us as!! The solar system is a farce and service back-up is appalling.
