DO NOT PURCHASE A GOBI TABLET FROM [URL Removed]

Bought a Gob tablet early Dec which was received mid Dec. Read the instructions and it said 6 hrs charging needed, charged for 48 hrs before it would even switch on. because i had no wifi at home could not be used so i put it away until wi fi obtained mid Jan. Took tablet out of box again. read 35% battery full. Hopped onto my pc to see what books I wanted to buy with the vouchers sent, placed order. Picked up tablet to download andit was dead. thought it strange that 35% battery power could be depleted in an hour when it was just lying on my desk. Plugged in to recharge and 48 hrs later all I get is a battery with a lightening flash. Call Kalahari on 16th to get it returned to them to check. Promise that courier will collect in 2 - 3 days and now, 23rd and still no collection. And to top it all off, if they cannot fix it, it will not be replaced, they will send a voucher... for the same product which is now about R500 more expensive than the special in December. Guess what I WILL NOT be buying.
on their website it says R320 vouchers but only R120 received. The others had been "forgotten" to be included and had to be mailed to me .. only for furniture, not books or music :-(
