I made an online order of two copies of books on kalahari on the 17th September 2013 (order number a1000271740), and on the 14th October 2013 I received an email saying that one of the copies (The Nomadic Developer) is out of stock which costs R538.50 and that a refund will be made. I have since not received any refund. I have phoned about 4 times, everytime a different agent and promising to check and get back to me but none ever got back to me and I sent an email also which Nikita Orgill replied to and told me they do not owe me anything. I buy lot of books from Kalahari almost every month but I have since not bought anything from them. Please assist I get my refund.
