On the 28/02/2013 I ordered and paid for a biltong maker from Kalahari. I then noticed that the estimated delivery date was 18/03/2013. When I questioned Kalahari about this, they told me they had no stock. They then offered me a refund so I could purchase from another supplier. I accepted this offer and asked when I would receive my refund. I received no response from them and to date I have received no refund. It has now been approximately 13 days without contact or my refund. This means Kalahari have effectively from me.

It seems Kalahari cannot compete with the new players such as [URL Removed] who offer great service.
