I made a decision to buy a bedroom suite at Homechoice (with a total cost of well over R10k) and thats where my problems started. First, the order was only part-delivered, and the bill came a few days after, with only PART of the full order. it took em 3 more months to finally deliver the remainder of the suite. as if thats not enough, less than a year later, the base has completely caved in and is broken to a point where it will need to be replaced. I was given a 2wk turnaround time for the issue to be resolved - 2 weeks has since passed and still nothing! I call in and every time i'm told the same thing - that they are waiting on the warehouse staff to contact me - and it will be escalated - AGAIN!! i asked to speak to a Manager and was on hold for a record time in my history of having to hold, until I hung up! no-one has bothered to contact me. HomeChoice - I am appalled by your service. I had also previously bought a vacuum cleaner - it also bombed out in the first year - i was told to box the thing and courier it to Cape Town (im in JHB) in order for it to get fixed!!! i will NEVER buy anything from you or refer anyone to this sham of a company.
