I have always just logged complaints on Hello Peter my first compliment goes to Charmain Fourie at Massmart - Makro. I send an e-mail to complain about a product on Saturday on Monday morning just after 7 am I received a call from Charmaine she was very friendly and helpful. The product was collected by their driver today at 10 am just after lunch I receive a call to say the product was faulty and they will replace and give me a voucher. Just a big up to Massmart and Charmain. Awesome service. - HAPPY CLIENT!!
