Monday 13 January I lodged a complaint against Edgars Festival Mall on Hellopeter. I then received a response stating that my ID number was incorrect, and further to that a "Golden Opportunity" email on 14 January 2014 requesting my ID number again which I supplied immediately. That was the last I heard.
Now if that is Edcon's way of dealing with complaints then I would suggest that the entire customer service team gets dismissed and a new team of people who actually KNOW how to deal with complaints gets gainfully employed as this is totally unacceptable.
It seems that bad service from Edcon stems from their head office all the way down into store level
