Dear HomeChoice somebody openned an account at Home Choice using my ID number without my knowledge. I received an sms from Home Choice on the 10th December 2013 at 6:47am notifying me that my account is outstanding written "... Your Home Choice account has been handed over to VVM with an outstanding balance of R1350.39. contact us urgently to make payment arrangement and avoid a possible judgement Tel: 0877401204 Ref 259520168. I didnt call the number bacuse I thought it was a and they would be able to confirm my number. When I check Hellopeter I dont seem to be the only Victim. Do you even take security measures at your store when opening acounts? I cant even call your offices 'cause I dont even trust you. I have lodged a dispute at TransUnion andwe will be attending court together soon.
