I bought a Plasma TV through my sister Account (Yolanda Portia Nonjiwe) from Morkels and after 13 months it got damaged. i took it back to Morkels and they said that they cannot repair it because it was out of warranty. i roffered to pay it myself. they agreed to repair and they charged me R5999 for the repair. they promised to hand it over to me once i have paid the repair amount. i paid the R5999 in instalments and on the last payment they told me that they are taking it for repair although the agreement was that it should have been repaired and ready for collection. i refused to wait and requested that they pay me back the money i have paid. that was in October 2013. they paid me back R 4500 and said that they cannot see the other amount in their system although i gave them payment receits as proof of payment. They told me that it is due to the change in their system. they logged in a query to their call center (October 2013). In 17 January 2014 i went back to them and they still telling me that i must wait. its now 3 months of waiting for refund and the manager of the store Geraldine Litch has no customer service and plainly refuse to assist, it is as if its not their problem.
