Terrible service in accounts department

Hi there

I recently applied for an account online and was told that I could go to any Edgars branch to pick up my card.
I work close to Pavilion so decided to go there.
The accounts department service was terrible.
There were hardly any people behind the desk.
I waited in line for 20 minutes and I was at the front of the queue.

I ended up leaving without my card.
