No Feedback EVER from Woolworths

I have two complaints against Woolworths:

The first: I got notification of an outstanding amount of R3500.00 (more or less) on a supposed Woolworths account in my name. The fact is, I have not had any Woolworths accounts in a number of years. A few months ago, I logged a complaint and they would look into the matter and until today, no feedback has been given. They were threatening to place me on ITC because of this. Where is the feedback i requested guys? Have you gone ahead anyway and listed me on ITC for an account which is clearly not mine?

The second part of the complaint:
This is regards to a loan application I placed with them. I was informed via sms that I do not match the min criteria?? I e-mailed Woolworths to please explain what criteria I do not meet and you guessed it, no-one even bothered to get back to me? Does my rejection have anything to do with my first part of the complaint??

Guys, sort this out as I need answers. You cannot just ignore clients/possible clients?! If this matter is not sorted out this time around, I will be approaching the Ombid for assistance in both matters!
