This is the complaint I logged already with MBD. Logged 4th July 2011. I was requested to send an affidavit which I did. But I still get these threatening sms's and phone calls. I cant keep on explaining to each person that calls me. This needs to get sorted out!! I will not accept nor respond to any sms's in future.

I receive numerous calls almost every week from very rude representatives accusing me of non payment on my woolworths account. I have mailed them with the proof that this account is being paid every month for the last 2 years. I spoke to a representative at Woolworths that advised me that they are getting my payments and that I shouldn't be paying anyone else. I cannot possibly be mad enough to be paying for 2 Woolworths accounts. I get SMS all the time. I have asked them numerous times to stop calling and sms'ing me and their rude threats just make me sick. Sort your issues out with Woolworths. I've resorted to dropping the calls now because I am tired of explaining.
