Hi,
A purchase of R 2400.00 in January 2012 was made in my Woolworths account (I have never been in Honeydew or lost my Woolworths store card and I reside in PTA, Sunnyside) in Honeydew JHB. I was advise to complete Woolworths internal forms. The feedback I received from Woolworths was that the matter was reported late therefore cannot investigate the matter.
Anyone please help, I am desperate as my account has been written off as bad debt and my credit profile has been affected negatively.
