I have been dealing with takealot for many years now. And recently their service has become terrible. Their parcels take forever to get delivered and their customer service is up to. Back when they were taketwo they awesome service. Now that they are bigger they could care less about their loyal customers. I will not be buying from them again I would rather spend my money at some place that treats their customers right.
