I've been dealing with takealot for 8 years now, and a hiccup here and there aside, I can honestly not complain about the level of service these guys provide.
Orders are on time, billing is handled efficiently and queries, returns and refunds resolved without hassles. And the range of goods that can be ordered is pretty darn awesome too...
Really a pleasure dealing with them.
