I have been a loyal customer of Takealot since the take2 days and must say usually their service is great. This time however there service was really bad. I was in the market for a decent pair of headphones and found it cheaper on another site. So i thought i would rather buy from takealot and gave them a chance to match the price if they could. Previously when i did this takealot was great and tried to match the price (That time i dealt with JP which is an awesome employee for the takealot brand). This time i dealt with Callan who barely entertained the request, just straight out refused it. Callan also has no desire to retain a customer in any way and has since suggested Kalahari, which i may just start shopping there if this is takealots new attitude towards customer retention.
