After years of no problems with Takealot/Take 2, I have had the same delivery issue 4 times in a row and the problem with information that Takealot has not given to Mr Delivery. I patiently repeated myself the first 3 times and when it happened the 4th time, I asked the person I was dealing with, to forward my complaint to a manager and that I was awaiting a response. Needless to say, even after following up I have still had no response, I asked for a phone number of direct email after that, and the consultant is ignoring me. Having one email address for everything [Email Removed] is totally riduclous as either the consultants are blocking my complaints, or the managers just could not be bothered. I don't think the aggravation and delays are worth it any more, especially as Takealot just cannot be bothered with their customers once they have their money, and I will be taking my business elsewhere, after having spent thousands of Rands in the past with very regular orders with Takealot.
