A few years back I won a 23'' Samsung monitor through a promotion on TakeAlot. The monitor had a 3 year warranty and was starting to malfunction about 2 weeks before the warranty period ended. (I guess that's ironic in itself). I e-mailed them and informed them about the situation and about 3 hours after telephonic correspondence they sent someone to pick it up. Two/three weeks went by and they delivered the item in the same perfect condition I received it when I won it.
A lot of companies say they'll bend their backs for you - That is a blatant lie. TakeAlot on the other hand will go the extra mile for their customers. I am happily going to remain one.
